The North Carolina Manufactured Housing Institute is a non-profit state trade association representing all segments of the industry. NCMHI works both internally and externally, offering many different services for its members.

The main services the we provide include government relations, grassroots initiatives, educational outreach, image enhancement and professional development & education.
